Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of online orders is allowed only till 10 am for orders placed prior to this time of the same day or in the previous 24 hours (post 10 am of the previous day). Post 10 am orders are processed for pick up. Once the orders are sent out for picking up they cannot be cancelled under any condition. Being edible products, we cannot use the products after its cancellation.
Star Masale requests its valuable customers to note that they are liable to make the full payment for orders which have been procured based on their orders. You cannot deny the receiving and also you would still be liable to make the payment.
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-HRS of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us. we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within 10 to 15 days. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped by us.
Return/Replacement Policy
We at Star Masale believe in keeping our dear customers happy and satisfied with all their experiences with us. Nevertheless, if you want to make some returns, we ensure you a hassle-free and easy return policy. You can return your product within 3 days. The customer has to bear the cost of return while sending the defective products.
If you have received a damaged product at the time of Delivery, Please Share the Picture of the Damaged Product along with Delivery Boy & we shall be more than happy to Replace/Refund the Product/Amount.
However, if a customer paid twice for one transaction, the transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days.
